The Institute of African Studies invites applications for the Africa Workshop, a new series to support innovative research in African Studies. Scholars from all disciplines are invited to apply. Preference will be given to recent PhDs. Selected applicants present work in progress within the two-hour workshop. Works in progress include article, book, and paper drafts as well as research and book proposals. The Institute will cover the flight and hotel accommodation of selected applicants.
