Background Information
There are currently eight Columbia Global Centers operating in Amman, Beijing, Mumbai, Paris, Istanbul, Nairobi, Santiago, and Rio de Janeiro. Each center is supported by and works closely with Columbia University in the City of New York. FIFTIETH ANNIVERSARY OF THE 1ST WORLD FESTIVAL OF NEGRO ARTS
Makerere University Institute of Social Research (MISR) has organised a Graduate Students’ Conference for students writing their doctoral dissertations. The conference is meant to enable students to make presentations from original research findings and get valuable feedback from faculty and peers.
