Join us on Thursday, October 13th for the CUIMC EnERGize Inaugural Staff Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Summit. This hybrid event will take place at Columbia University School of Nursing's 7th Floor rooftop. Our theme is Valuable, Visible, Voices. All are welcome to attend.
This all-day event will kick off at 9:00am. We will have a keynote address from Dr. Erwin de Leon, Chief Diversity Officer, and lecturer in the Nonprofit Management Program at Columbia University School of Professional Studies. Our CUIMC ERGs will host a variety of panel discussions, performances and presentations including Dr. Ruth Gotian author of “The Success Factor: Developing the Mindset and Skillset for Peak Business Performance”.
